James Cordell

James Eugene Cordell, 66, of Mount Airy passed from this life on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born on September 19, 1950, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Edward Eugene and Ruth Ann Green Cordell.
He enjoyed classic cars and was a friend to everyone he met.
Surviving are three siblings: Robert L. Cordell and wife Sherry of Mt. Airy, Nancy Knudtson and husband Larry of Frederick and Larry Cordell, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service and interment celebrating James' life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 28, at Clarksburg United Methodist Cemetery, 23425 Spire Street, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
