On Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Jim Claxton went home to be with his Savior. After a long battle with cancer, he quietly passed away at his residence in Ellicott City, MD. Jim was 62 years old.
Jim was born in Iowa and moved to Maryland in 1989. It was here that he met and married the love of his life, Debbie. Jim is survived by his wife, two sisters, a son and daughter. He was employed by Newsom Seed, where he worked in sales for Allan Bohrer. He was a faithful member of Mt. Airy Bible Church.
His funeral will be held at his church on Saturday, March 23, visitation beginning at 12:00 noon and services at 12:40. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mt. Airy Bible Church for landscaping, ground and flower maintenance.
