James Causey

James Causey 57, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD

Born on September 14, 1963, he was the son of late Douglas and Lula Callie (Conway) Causey.

He was a graduate of Provine High School in Jackson, Mississippi and attended college at UCLA.

James held numerous jobs throughout his life and obtained a wide variety of skills from each. At the time of his passing he was employed at Browns Toyota in Glen Bernie,  MD, where he excelled in sales.  Anyone who met James could tell right away that he was a "people" person. People were naturally drawn to him. James exuded a passion for his work and colleagues that everyone could see. He left a lasting impression on those with whom he worked and will be missed by many.

Other than his parents; he is preceded in death by his sisters Luvilla Causey and Dorothy Causey-Hogan.

He is survived by his four children Santasia Finnie, April Finnie, Brian Douglas Causey and Victoria Olivia Causey; his former wife and best friend Tammy Brown of Frederick, MD; his sisters Margaret Causey Underwood, Ruthie Causey, Mamie Rushing and Bonnie Causey all of Jackson, Mississippi; his two brothers Douglas Clifton Causey and Donald Causey and Donald's wife Gwendolyn, all of Madison Mississippi.

James will be laid to rest at Autumn Woods Memorial Gardens, Highway 49 North, Jackson, Mississippi on Friday, February 19th at 11:00 AM.
