James Brois

James M. Brois, 66, of Mount Airy, Maryland, passed away unexpectedly from this life on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Born on August 28, 1955, in Rockville Center, NY, he was the son of the late John A. Brois and Claire A. (Stegle) Brois.

James worked in the automobile industry for over 30 years, most recently as the service manager for Porsche in Owings Mills, MD. Along with his passion for cars, he enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles. James also enjoyed tinkering with small projects such as watch repair, and he could truly fix anything he put his hands on. James was a vivacious person, full of life and personality. He never passed on the opportunity to sit with loved ones in genuine, heartfelt conversation, and never met a stranger, as they would quickly become a friend. He is remembered as a caring father, husband, brother, and enduring friend.

James is survived by his two daughters, Katherine A.Tuohy and her husband Kevin of Kittery, ME., Jacqueline A. Anderson and her husband of Clayton, DE., and his brother John A. Brois Jr. of Wilmington, NC.

A celebration of James's life will take place at 10:30 am on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 8 East Ridgeville in Mt. Airy, MD.

Interment will be private.
