Mr. Howard Scott Bell, 62, of Falling Waters, West Virginia, passed away Friday, May,24, 2013 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Lori Webster Bell his wife of sixteen years.
Born December 15, 1950 in Longmont, Colorado, he was the
son of the late Albert Nathan and Ada Hildebrand Bell.
Howard was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Frederick. He was a train collector, enjoyed gardening, traveling, was a great cook and loved his dogs and cats. Mr. Bell was employed at First Data in Hagerstown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister Karen Bell of Frederick, his brother-in-law Dale Webster and wife Sherri of Thurmont and their daughter Julien Webster, his sister-in-law Sherry Bowman and fiancé Norman Loeb of Potomac, a niece Shelly Parsley her husband Thomas and their children of N.C., a nephew Josh Cooney and his son Liam of Frederick and his mother-in-law Fay Webster of Thurmont.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 104 E. Main Street, Thurmont on Tuesday, May 28, from 6 -9:00 pm. Services will be held at Weller United Methodist Church, Altamont Ave., Thurmont, Wednesday, May 29, at 1:00 pm.
