On Friday, September 25, 2020, Ho Phi Ho, loving husband and devoted father of two children entered eternal life at the age of 70.
Ho was born September 2, 1950 in Vietnam. He grew up with his grandmother in a small rural village in Vietnam. On May 19, 1975, he married his wife, Trang Nguyen. They came to America in 1982 where they raised a son and a daughter, Phuong and Nga. He received his master's degree from Shippensburg University in 1987. Though a jack of many trades, he spent most of his career as an aerospace systems analyst at Lockheed Martin.
Ho loved to spend time with his family and take walks, especially with his granddog Haley. He often hiked with his family at Sugarloaf mountain in Maryland. His favorite activity was swimming and relaxing at pools and the beach with his family. He enjoyed listening to music. He had a bright smile and was always laughing. His favorite things to watch were Charlie Chaplin films, cartoons and comedy movies. His favorite sports to watch and play were soccer and swimming. He was a devout Catholic. He adored his grandchildren. He was known for his intellect, jovial smile and kind and compassionate spirit.
Ho was preceded in death by his father, Cam, and his mother, En. He is survived by his wife, Trang, his two children, Phuong and Nga, his four grandchildren, Caitlyn, Brayden, Blake and Kira, his brother Phi Long, his Brothers-in-law and in heart, Thanh Nguyen and Tri Nguyen, and several nieces and nephews including his most beloved ones, Kevin and Megan.
A small family viewing will be held on Monday 9/28/2020 at 3:00 pm. A virtual memorial service will be planned to remember and celebrate his life. More details to be provided once plans are set.
