Helen H. Moffett

Mrs. Helen H. Moffett, 80, of Frederick died on Wednesday December 16, 2009 at College View Nursing Home, Frederick. She was the wife of Edward C. Moffett.
Born on October 3, 1929 in Columbia, SC. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Mabel Goodall Hughey.
She was a member of the Woman's Club of Frederick, P. E. O. and was an active member of All Saints Episcopal Church where she served on the Altar Guild.
Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters Laurie Armbruster of Frederick and Carol Vassalotti and husband Scott of Rockville. Also surviving are Grandchildren Virginia Vassalotti, Michael and Brendan Armbruster. One brother Harvey Hughey and wife Susan of Virginia.
She was preceded in death by a sister Sarah Hughey.
Visitation: Friends may call on Friday December 18, from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home P. A. 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Services: Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday December 19, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 106 West Chruch Street, Frederick. The Reverend Thomas Momberg will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
