Helen Dresch

Mrs. Helen R. Dresch, 92, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Edenton Retirement Community. She was the wife of the late Francis G. Dresch. They were married in 1950 and together they celebrated their forty-eighth anniversary in 1998. They resided in Piscataway , N.J.
Helen was affectionately known as Bunny. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the Jersey Shore and dancing. She was a wonderful wife and mother.
Mrs. Dresch is survived by her three daughters, Arlene Hogan (Bruce) of Gig Harbor, WA, Joan Greene (John) of Frederick and Elayne Tipton (Deric) of Myersville, her adoring grandchildren, Heather Kadesch (Justin) of Gaithersburg, Courtney and Wallace “Raymond” Greene, II of Frederick, Christie Farquhar of Wilmington, DE, Stephanie Farguhar of Sarasota, FL, Katie Mee and Steven Hogan of Gig Harbor, WA.
The family wishes to thank the caring staff at the Edenton Retirement Community for all their kindness to Bunny.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, June 26, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 27, at 10:00 am from St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church,
112 E. Second Street, Frederick with Msgr. Richard Murphy as celebrant.
Interment Saint Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater N.J.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mount Saint Mary Academy Advancement Program, 1645 US Highway 22 at Terrill Road, Watchung, N.J. 67069-65-7
