Ms. Helen Elizabeth Burns, 54 of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Monday. December 14, 2015.
Born August 5, 1961 in Winchester, Virginia she was the daughter of Barry T. Burns of Frederick and the late Ruby Evonne Turner-Burns.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Walkersville.
Helen was previously employed with the Frederick County Board of Education as a teacher’s aide.
She enjoyed drawing and she was always positive and sharing the good news.
In addition to her father Barry she is survived by a sister, Lisa Burns, two nephews, Joel Burns and Blake Evans, a maternal grandmother, Helen Fox, aunts, Doris Turner-Smith, Shirley Turner-Coates, Gail Turner and Debra Turner.
Funeral services will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, December 22nd at 2:00pm with Howard Lyles officiating. The family will be present to receive friends one hour prior to service time.
