Mrs. Helen G. Baker, 85, of Frederick, MD, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Vindobona Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Marshall C. Baker.
Born September 25, 1926 in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Maude A. Myers Crouse.
Mrs. Baker enjoyed flower gardening, writing poetry and going to buffets.
She is survived by her children Lewis Clyde a resident of Vindobona N. H. and Clyde Lewis and wife Rosemary of Jefferson, two grandchildren Aileen Felton and Christina Lukacs, three great-grandchildren, her sister Delores Young and husband Harry of Feageville and her brother Arthur B. Crouse and wife Donna of Lewistown. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her siblings Raymond, William, Robert, Earl, John, Margaret, Pauline, Mary and Madelon
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, June 14, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where services will be held Friday, June 15, at 11:00 am with Rev. Kenneth Gill officiating.
Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery
