Harry Lank Price

Harry Lank Price, 79, of Jefferson, Maryland, passed from this life on Sunday, October 6, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Brenda Spurr Price for fifty years.

Born on February 2, 1945, in Seaford, DE he was the son of the late Joseph Manning and Julia Elizabeth (Lank) Price. 

Harry was an athlete in his youth and played football at Randolph Macon Univeristy where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. He loved sports, being active, and was an avid lover of nature, animals, and the birds who visited the feeders around his house. He was a proud Captain in United States Marine Corps who served with honor in Vietnam. He had a long career with many professions but spent most of his life managing telecom projects and later graduated from the University of Pheonix with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He may have spent most of his life in this field but the best years of his professional career were spent building a thriving business with his sons Michael and Christopher. He was a devoted family man who spent his days building a life for those he loved. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Stephen, Michael, and Christopher. He was a devoted Father-In-Law to Lauren, Deb, and Gisela, the three daughers he never had. He also leaves behind his sister Joan, brother Buddy, and a houseful of grandchildren who miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. (Fred), 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD where a celebration of Harry's life journey will take place at 2pm. Pastor Mark Jarema will officiate. Interment will be private.

Guests are invited following the service to a reception at the Jefferson Ruritan Center located at 4603-B Lander Road, Jefferson, MD 21755.
