Harold Leroy Ricketts, 77, of Ijamsville, passed away December 21, 2016 at his home. He was born May 31, 1939 in Rockville MD to the late Wilke Ricketts and Gladys Gamber Ricketts. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ricketts; sisters, Idell and Clara Jane Ricketts; brothers, Clarence, Waldo, Eugene, Robert, and Donny Ricketts. He is survived by daughters, Tracy, Terry, and Alice; sister, Margaret Hood; brothers, Wilke Jr., Joe, and Noman Ricketts; grandchildren, Tanner, Jordan, Brandon, Colton, Dakotah, Cierra, Daniel, Ryan, and Lexie; great granddaughters, Kailee and Evelyn.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 5-9pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. A funeral service will be held 12:00pm, Friday, January 6, 2017 in the Stauffer Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place at Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
