Mr. Harold Eugene Kline, 53, of Fairfield, PA, and formerly of Frederick County, MD, passed away suddenly in Waynesboro, PA, Thursday, June 30, 2011.
Born July 26, 1957, in Luray, Va., he was a son of the late George C. Jr. and Madeline C. Aleshire Kline.
Harold was a lifelong fan of car racing and an animal lover. He enjoyed family gatherings and liked to be the first one to announce to “cut the cake” when it was time for dessert.
He graduated from Linganore High School in 1975. Harold spent most of his life working in the heating and air conditioning industry.
Surviving are one daughter, Robin Denise Hoffman and husband Daniel of Brunswick; three brothers, Allen Wayne Aleshire and wife Frances of Stanley, Va., Carroll Lee Aleshire of Frederick, and William Edward Kline and wife Michelle of Gettysburg, Pa.; two sisters, Susan Christine Bowers of Frederick and Cynthia Ann Carosella and husband Anthony of Fairfield, Pa.; grandchildren Brook and Blaine Pennington, and Isabella Hoffman all of Brunswick. Harold was also the loving uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Sherman Ray Aleshire.
He will also be missed by family pets Sadie and Popcorn.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday July 7th from 6:00-9:00PM.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 8, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tim May officiating.
Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
