Guy Edward Snook

Guy Edward Snook, 85, of Taneytown, Maryland, died Wednesday, January 7, at Dove Hospice House.
Born September 30, 1923 in Mountaindale, Frederick county, Maryland, he was the son of the late Josiah Snook and Goldie V. Staub Snook.
He was proceeded in death by this loving wife Hilda Dinterman Snook in 1993.
Surviving are two sons, Guy E. Snook, II and William Snook and wife Arcia; two step daughters, Mary Jane Carwithen and husband David, Barbara Choquette and husband Fred; three sisters, Ruth Warren, Grace Linton and Charlotte Runyion; two brothers, Paul Snook and George Snook; nine Grandchildren and a former daughter- in-law Isabelle Kinciad.
Visitation: Family will be receiving friends at Stauffer funeral home, 40 Fulton Ave., Walkersville, MD, Friday, January 9th from 2-4 and 7-9.
Services: Funeral service will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 2pm. Interment will be at Union Chapel Cemetery near Libertytown, MD. Officiating will be Rev. Lloyd Fuss.
