Mrs. Grace L. Marshall, 86, of Creagerstown, Maryland, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Clifford F. Marshall. They were married March 18, 1944.
Born August 12, 1926 in Loys Station, MD., she was the daughter of the late Elmer “Doc"” and Annabelle Springer Martin.
Mrs. Marshall was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, in Creagerstown. She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, flowers, quilting and reading. She will always be remembered by her beautiful black hair.
She is survived by her children Joyce, Audrey (Richard), Glenna Unglesbee (Holmes “Bub”), Robert (Barbara), Kenneth (Karen), Edward (Betty), sixteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, siblings Charles and Glen Martin, Helen Clem and daughter-in-law Cynthia Marshall. She was preceded in death by a daughter Barbara Marshall and a son Franklin Marshall.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Sunday, April 14, from 2-4 and 7-9pm, where services will be held Monday, April 15, at 11:00 am
Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Clark Castle, Kevin Marshall, Danny Marshall, Paul Rockwell, Jerry Marshall, Kenny Marshall, Jr. and Brandon Marshall.
