Gloria Jean "Peggy" Louia, 71, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life at her home on Thursday, December 7, 2017 in Frederick.
Born on September 25, 1946, in Bethesda, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Margaret Virginia (Shry) Mills.
She is survived by husband of 41 years, Larry D. Louia; daughters, Tracy and Marty Shanholtz, Amie Holsinger and Tracey McCloy, Julie and Donald Reed, Dana and Seve Scott. Also, five grandchildren Amanda, Samantha, Kevin, Kiana, and Mikayla; four great-grandchildren Makenzie, Hanna, Gavin, Ava; siblings, Ronnie, Joan, and Mary.
She was preceded in death by grandson, Lil Marty; and sister Barbara Dryman.
A celebration of Gloria's life journey will take place at 11 a.m. on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD. Interment will be at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
