Gloria Sines
January 29, 1965 — October 18, 2016
Mrs. Gloria Denise Sines, 51, of Jefferson passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her family and friends. She was the wife of Millard H. "Petey" Sines, III, her husband of 34 years.
Born on January 29, 1965, in Frederick she was the daughter of the late John and Grace Mentzer Ramsburg. She was a health room technician for Frederick County Schools for many years. Gloria enjoyed trips to Lancaster, PA, cooking and baking, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two children: Sandy Sines and Millard "Pete" Sines, IV both of Jefferson; three granddaughters: Lauren, Emily and Destiny; a sister, Nancy Miller and husband George of Hedgesville, WV; three brothers: John "Junie" Ramsburg and wife Debbie of Jefferson, Stanley "Gene" Ramsburg of Hagerstown and Kenneth "Wayne" Ramsburg and wife Debbie of Rohrersville; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and family members. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Lauren Sines.
The family will receive friends from 3-6 PM on Sunday, October 23, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Maple Avenue, Brunswick where services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 24, with Rev. Daniel Fraley of Boonsboro Church of God officiating.
Interment will take place in Burkittsville Union Cemetery.
