Mr. Glenn Hampton Quesenberry, 68, of Frederick died Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Citizens Care and Rehab Center following an extended illness. He was the loving husband of Jeannette Virginia Quesenberry for 43 years.
Born July 20, 1946 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Ray Elby and Natalie (Harris) Quesenberry.
Glenn was a family man who enjoyed getting together with his daughters and their families. He loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He also enjoyed gardening, music, reading, trains and playing cards, until his illness prevented him from doing so.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Lynn Hyde and husband, Bradley James, of Gettysburg, PA; Christine Michelle Quesenberry of Frederick; and Elizabeth Anne Curry and husband, Karl Steven, of Frederick; five grandchildren, Rachael Elizabeth Quesenberry, Devin Hampton Linares, Bradley Logan Hyde, Tyson Evans Quesenberry and Markus Daniel Curry; and one sister, Bonnie J. Quesenberry and Fay Jacobs of Rehoboth, DE.
Glenn was predeceased by his brother, Ray Elby Quesenberry, Jr.
His family will host a gathering to honor Glenn from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 13 at their home. For additional information please call 717-253-6203.
Inurnment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
