Glendora Shoop

Glendora Shoop, 86, of Hagerstown, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at her home. She was the wife of the late Verlin L. Shoop.
Born on November 2, 1932, in Black Rock, Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Myrtle (Rudy) Smith.
She retired in 2012 as a bookkeeper from the Salvation Army after 44 years of employment. She was a member of Black Rock Bible Church and attended the Waynesboro Bible Church.
Glendora is survived by her children, Michael L. Shoop and wife, Sandy, of Hagerstown, Deborah A. Shockey and husband, Donald, of Waynesboro, PA and Bonnie M. Steinmann and husband, Horst, of Romeo, MI; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Beaver Creek Cemetery with Pastor Darell Gentry officiating.
