George J. O’Connor passed away on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, peacefully in his sleep at the young age of 79.
George was born on July 9, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA. He is proceeded in death by his Father, George J. O’Connor Sr. And his Mother, Virginia Buck O’Connor. He is survived by his daughters, Kellyanne Zablocki (Bob Zablocki) and Stacey Baughman (Brad Baughman, along with five grandkids (Justin, Dylan, and Ryan Zablocki, and Kailey and Connor Baughman). He is also survived by his Sister, Marilyn Gugger (Bob Gugger), and his brother, James O’Connor (Joanne O’Connor), along with five nieces and 1 nephew.
For those that knew George, knew he enjoyed life to the fullest with no regrets. He was always the life of the party and we are sure he is up in Heaven entertaining everyone and most likely offending some. His quote in life was “Enjoy the Ride”. One of his loves in life was his Red Porsche, along with all fast cars.
A visitation (Celebration of life) will be held from 2pm - 4pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702.
