George Hill, Jr.

George Henry Hill, Jr. (age 87) of Charles Town, WV died March 17, 2015 in Germantown, MD.  George was born October 6, 1927 in Fall River, MA and was the son of the late Margaret Mary (Mullins) and George Henry Hill, Sr.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Maryolive (Wandel) Hill.  George was a veteran of the US Army having served in WWII.  He retired from NSA after 38 years of service.  He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Maura Kent and Bobby of Ijamsville, Catherine Sullivan and (the late) Kevin of Charles Town and Margaret Hurley and Dave of Bel Air, MD; grandchildren, Kelly Simons, Anthony Creeden, Sean Kent, Megan Kent and Elizabeth Hurley; great-grandchildren, Jalen and Xavier; sisters, June Falvo and husband, Sam, of Hendersonville, NC, Barbara Moran and husband, Charles, of Tiverton, RI; sister-in-law, Ellen Hill of Queenstown, MD; numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by son, Charles Edward Hill; and brothers, James K. and John Hill.  Services are private and being handled by Stauffer Funeral Home, Frederick.
