Mr. George Emanuel "Buddy" Filsinger, Jr., 64, of Germantown, MD died Friday, February 28, 2014. Loving husband of Sandra Filsinger. Son of George E. Filsinger, Sr. of Florida, and the late June Winfield Filsinger. Survived by son, Justin Filsinger (Debby); step-mother, Joan Filsinger; two brothers, Stephen and Alan Filsinger; brother-in-law, Charles W. Barger II (Lisa); mother-in-law, Shirley Barger; and nieces and nephews. Services to begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD, with visitation from 10-11.
