Garry Duvall

September 25, 1928 — February 29, 2016

Mr. Garry Leonard Duvall, Sr., 87, of Boonsboro, formerly of Mt. Airy, went home to be with our Lord on Monday, February 29, 2016. He was husband of Shirley A. Koontz Duvall.

Born on September 25, 1928 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Charles and Maimie Duvall. He was a self employed mechanic. Garry enjoyed his John Deere tractors, both working on and riding them. Married four times, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Garry also loved telling jokes and making people laugh and a huge Baltimore Orioles fan of many years

Surviving in addition to his wife are children: Elizabeth Ridgley and husband Leonard of Falling Waters, WV, Charles Duvall and wife Deloris of New Windsor, John Duvall and wife Roberta of Harpers Ferry, WV, Mary Scott of Alabama, Dianne White and husband Gerald of Brunswick, Paul Duvall and wife Sandy of Boonsboro, Hellen Mercer and husband Junior of Charles Town, WV, Garry Duvall, Jr. and wife Dorene of Mt. Airy, Pamela Kaczynski and Ralph Murphy of Union Bridge, Gregory Duvall of Union Bridge,Garey Lee Fauble, James Fauble and wife Becky, Evelyn, Melissa and Lillian all of Brunswick, a step-daughter, Janie Huff and husband Fred of Gettysburg, PA; 28 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 12, at Fellowship Baptist Church, 116 N. Church Street in Middletown.

Interment will be private.
