Miss Gabrielle S. Simon, 22, of Frederick passed unexpectedly Sunday, November 3, 2013.
Gabby was a beautiful, young woman; a mother, a sister, and a daughter, greatly loved by her family. She also leaves behind a loving grandmother, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She did not leave this world untouched. She left us with her daughter, Skyler, a shining beacon of love.
Gabrielle spent her younger years learning at the Visitation Academy, followed by Deer Crossing Elementary and the Walkersville schools. She loved her work and those involved. A popular server at Starbucks and Glory Days, she rarely left a patron without a smile. Hardworking and generous, her services will be greatly missed.
For those blessed enough to have known her, the family will be receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 7 and Friday, November 8 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
