Mrs. Freida L. Kennedy, 50, of Rocky Ridge, Maryland, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA. She was the wife of Randolph “Randy” Edwards.
Born April 20, 1963 in Takoma Park, Maryland, she was the daughter of Mary Gayle Lakey Kennedy and the late Patrick Kennedy.
Freida always enjoyed making people laugh.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Laurissa Thumma, Randolph Edwards, Jeremiah and Elaina Cushman, grandchildren Douglas Crowe, Jr. and Anthony Desimone, sisters Patricia and Sarah Kennedy. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Kennedy.
Services and interment will be private.
