in Washington D. C., he was the son of the late Ralph L. and Angela DeGiorgi Kennedy.
Frank graduated from

High School
in
Wheaton
and then attended
Catholic
University
. He then worked for Prince Georges County Police as a detective; he was a well known business owner of Frank Kennedy Ford in
Middletown
and was currently working for Fitzgerald Auto Mall. He was a member of F.O.P., the National Automotive Dealers Association and a Member of
St.
John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Frederick.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter, Valerie Lynne Kennedy of
Owings
,
Maryland
, his sister Donna Kennedy Lichtenwalter of
Silver Spring
,
Maryland
, and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter Kristina Erin Kennedy.
