Frances Marie Wiggins

Frances Marie Wiggins, 85, of Frederick, Maryland passed from this life Sunday March 16, 2025, after a long courageous battle with Kidney and Bladder Cancer, and Crohn's Disease.

Born on June 22, 1939 in Bethesda, MD she was the daughter of the late Franklin T. Sheeler and Ida D. Sheeler.

She has been reunited in the Eternal Life with her late husband Paul E. Wiggins who passed January 17, 1993.

Her childhood memories of fresh milk from the farm held a special place in her heart.

In life she took great passion to her work as an Accounts Payable Clerk where she retired from in the late 90s.

She was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending her Saturday nights bowling as a family.

She is survived by her Brothers and Sisters, Mary Rose Clark, Butch Sheeler, Donna Gangsted, John Sheeler Sr. and James Sheeler Sr.

Her Children and life's greatest blessings Tammy Belcher and partner Kenny, Donald Keener Jr., Cynthia Shurtz and fiancé Big Rob and Lynn Wiggins.

Her Grandchildren who will forever miss the wisdom she instilled upon them Brittney Carter and Husband Michael A. Carter Jr., Tiffany Belcher and partner Ben, Amber Sier, Austin Mowel and partner Shelby.

Her Great-Grandchildren and life's most precious treasures kyleigh, Dakota, Nate Jr., McKenna, Myiah, Hannah, Aleah, Skylar, Abigail, Noah, Addily, Emily.

Her adopted Grandchildren who held a special place in her heart Lyndi D'Amico(Her favorite Hair Dresser) and Husband Danny and Buzzy and Jacki.

She was preceded in death by her Brother Charles Sheeler, Daughter Sharon Pearson and Grandchildren Samantha Jo Adams and Brandon Mowel.

At her request a Celebration of Life will be held June 22,2025 , at The Boonsboro Fire Company, 5 Saint Paul Street, Boonsboro, MD 21713. Starting at 10am for a day filled with Love, Laughter and Celebrating her Life with Us.
