Frances Beall

Frances C. Beall, 88 ½, of Frederick, MD passed from this world on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the home of her daughter in Tuscarora, MD.

Born February 20, 1929 in Florence, SC, she was the daughter of Jessie Curtis Brown and Fritz Henry Graham. Frances spent her childhood years in Sumter, SC until she ran away with her husband, Gene Beall, to the Washington, DC area. There she explored the local culture through various jobs and excursions. Frances and Gene had two girls, Betsy and Cyndi, who kept Fran busy for several years. She then embarked on her real estate career which allowed her opportunities to travel and cruise around in her luxury Lincolns. Frances enjoyed gardening, hosting parties and of course, shopping with her girlfriends.

The Bealls raised their family in Montgomery County and later retired to Frederick. They were blessed with three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In her golden years the family that surrounded her, especially the babies, brought her great joy and many smiles, even in her final days. Frances is survived by her husband of 70 years, Gene, who now lives with their younger daughter in Tuscarora, MD.

The Family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick. Reception to follow at Crestwood Club House, 6902 Crabapple Dr., Frederick, MD 21703.
