Survived by son, Chedley Moses (Sherilyn); daughter, Liselle Sisler; grandchildren: Shantelle Carino, Briana and Dominic Sisler; and expected granddaughter, Abigail Moses. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 27 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. Funeral services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 28 at Lighthouse Ministries International, 10727 Tucker St., Beltsville, MD, with visitation at church 10:30-11.
