Felicia Annette Constantine, 63, of New Market, MD, died Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick.
Born October 7, 1951 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas G. Constantine and Frances Bianco Constantine.
Felicia was a charter member of Potomac Valley Assembly of God in Germantown, MD, where she encompassed every aspect of the church’s ministry inside the doors and beyond. Mentor, friend, musician and faithful steward, she was a walking testimony of God’s love and grace to all who met her.
Felicia was employed at Northern VA Breast Center for 30 years.
She is survived by sister, Connie Blekicki of VA; uncle, Isadore Bianco and wife, Carol, of VA; aunts, Josephine Davis and husband, James, Katherine Merritt and husband, Bernie, all of Virginia; niece, Heather Keller and nephew, John Blekicki; Godchild, Casey Merritt; local cousins, Josette Dent and husband, Jim, of Middletown, MD, Bernie Merritt and wife, Nancy, of Clarksville, MD, and Paula Stull of Frederick; and many other first and second cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was preceded in death by aunts, Nina Buccelli, Ursula Winn, Rose Bianco and Georgia Mahares; and uncle, George Constantine.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 10, 2015 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 11 at the Stauffer Funeral Home with Pastor John H. Bryant, IV officiating. Burial will follow, at a later date, in Fredericksburg, VA.
