Evelyn N. DeLauder

Mrs. Evelyn N. DeLauder, 80, died Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Born in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Clyde R. Ambush and Dorothy Wolfe Ambush.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lewis L. Delauder in 1983 and 2 brothers, Clyde Jr. And Fulton.

Evelyn is survived by her 6 children: Charles and his wife Ermine, Lewis Wade and his wife Katherine, Ruth Scott and her husband Rev. Van Scott, Bruce, Helen Wynne and Jane; 10 grandchildren: Moya Crenshaw, Davaina Lloyd, Lewis Delauder, Rena Burnett, Rhonda Arrington, Bruce Delauder II, Ami Kolb, Wesley Wynne, Ashley Wynne and James Taylor; sister, Odie Mae Harris, 2 brothers; Webster and Harry Ambush; great aunt; Mary Tanner and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a special friend, Pearla Kranick.

Visitation: A visitation will be held Sunday 6 - 8 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home 1621 Opossumtown Pike Frederick, MD 21702.

Services: A funeral service will be held 11am Monday at the funeral home where family will receive friends one hour prior service. Minister Cy Halbach will officiate. Interment will be private.
