Mrs. Eugenia Mae Brown, 73 of Walkersville, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Franklin Brown, Sr.
Born August 13, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA., she was the daughter of the late Marvin J., Sr. and Ruby Hall Inman.
Mrs. Brown was a member of Sugarloaf Mountain Christian Community Church, a past member of the National Negro Professional and Business Womens Assoc., the Elks Post # and the Steel Magnolias.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Steven L. Brown and wife Keedra of Columbia, MD, Tanisha Smith and husband Arden of Capitol Heights, MD, Robin Hill and husband Randy of Frederick, Charles Brown, Franklin Brown, Jr. both of Albuquerque, NM and Richard Brown and wife Carolyn of Charlotte, NC, thirteen grandchildren, one great grandson, a brother Marvin Inman of Goldsboro, NC, cousin Gail Robinson of Burtonsville, Godchild Samantha Harris and many nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by her brothers and sisters-in-law and many special friends. She was preceded in death by a bother Marion W. Inman.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD on Thursday, December 27, from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Rev. Joan Hall and Rev. Janet Stublefield will officiate.
Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
