Ethel {Dolly} Marie Shank

Mrs. Ethel Dolly Marie Shank, 75 of Frederick, MD., died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the Glade Valley Nursing Home. She was the wife of Roy Shank.
Born August 19, 1934 in Rocky Ridge, MD., she was the daughter of the late Catherine Troxell.
Mrs. Shank was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ. She worked for 25 years at Fogle's Bakery in Frederick. Dolly always enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two children Jeff Shank of Frederick and Brenda DeLauter and husband Doug of Myersville, MD, four grandchildren Dusty, Abby, Sophie and Josie DeLauter, two sisters Doris Penrod and husband Don of N.C and Mary Catherine Martz of Frederick. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Sunday, September 27 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm.
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m.
Interment Utica Cemetery.
