Esther Cusato

Mrs. Esther G. Prinkey Cusato, 89 of Frederick, MD., died Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her first husband John William Prinkey, Sr.
Born November 5, 1921 in Bridgeway, PA, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Mary Moore Gasbarre.
Mrs. Cusato served her country in the US Coast Guard for two years. She retired as a Secretary from the Federal Government after 30+ years of service. She enjoyed playing bridge, solitaire, crosswork puzzle and current events.
She is survived by her son John Prinkey, Jr. and wife Eileen of Jefferson, grandchildren Matthew J. Prinkey and wife Sarah of Las Vegas and Kate E. Prinkey of Rockville, great granddaughter Gianna Prinkey, sister Mary Alice Brooks of FL, brother Bernard Gasbarre of Easton, MD, and many nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by her friend Elizabeth Levano. She was preceded in death by a daughter Melissa Prinkey Hernandez, sisters Theresa and Betty, brothers Salvadore, Samuel, Joseph and William.
Services and interment private.
