Mrs. Erma Rebecca Green, 84, of Frederick, died Monday, April 16, at Frederick Memorial Hospital, Frederick Maryland.
She was the loving wife of the late Norman Allen Green, Sr. to whom she was married to for 44 years. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Norman A. Green, Jr.
Born February 29, 1928, in Bartonsville, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late James Randolph Sr. and wife Katie Jackson.
Survived by four sons, Gregory T. Green and wife Juanita Green, Charles E. Green, Jerome A. Green and wife Arletha Green and Lewis E. Green, all of Frederick; five daughters, Linda L. Brown and husband Gilmore Brown, Angela D. Green, Shirley P. Green and Deborah D. Johnson of Frederick, and Pamela Green-Whitted of Germantown Maryland; she had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 and from 10-11AM Saturday, April 21 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 21, at 11 a.m. at Stauffer Funeral Home, Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
