Mr. Eric Robert Lawson, 6 years old of Sterling, Virginia and Middletown, Maryland passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2010.
He was the loving son of Matthew Lawson and wife Christine of Sterling, Virginia and Elizabeth Vickers and husband James Paul Vickers of Middletown, MD.
Eric had just completed kindergarten at Myersville Elementary School.
He played t-ball, basketball and was just starting football with M.V.A.A. He also enjoyed rock climbing.
In addition to his loving parents he is survived by his three brothers, Andrew Lawson, Julian Vickers and Gregory Vickers, his paternal grandparents, John and Janice Lawson of Jefferson , maternal grandmother, Ann Miller of Middletown, Maternal great grandmother, H. Elizabeth Jennings of Frederick, his uncles, James Lawson, Christopher Miller and Todd Miller. He will also be remembered by all of his other family members and his friends.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, July 29
th
from 6:00-9:00PM. Funeral services will be held at the Middletown United Methodist Church, 7108 Fern Circle, Middletown, MD on Friday, July 30th,
at 11:00AM with Pastor Todd Adkins officiating.
Interment will be in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Myersville, MD.
