Eric Hahr

Eric Hahr, 61, of Thurmont, passed away on Friday, September 28, at his residence.  Born on May 3, 1957, he was the son of Eugene Hahr and Rita (Sullivan) Hahr.

Mr. Hahr worked as commission manager at John J. Kirlin Group for 16 years.  Eric was an outdoorsman and was an avid fisher and hunter.

He is survived by sons: Heath Hahr and Matt Hahr and wife Brianne; a grandson Aaron Hahr; his mother, Rita Hahr; 8 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.  A celebration of Eric's life journey will take place at 5:30 pm at the funeral home.
