Mrs. Emma Jean Isaacs, 69, of Mt. Airy died on Saturday April 24, 2010 at Dove House, Westminster, after an extended illness. She was the life partner of William M. Thompson of Mt. Airy.

Born on April 27, 1940 in Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Emma J. Johnson Braden.

She was a very caring and loving lady who was there for anyone and touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be remembered by her family and friends for her devotion and unending selflessness. She was a member of the Church of The Open Door, Westminster.

She leaves behind her children, Richard Graves and wife Sara, Albert Graves, Kathy Franklin and husband Gregg, Elizabeth Dorsey and husband Tony and Barbara Bunch and husband Cass, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, three brothers and five sisters.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
