Mrs. Emily “Muzz” H. Miller, 78, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 at Homewood at Crumland Farm. She was the wife of the late James V. Miller.
Born January 25, 1937 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Emily King Hoffman.
Mrs. Miller was a member of the Peace in Christ Lutheran Church where she managed the Stephen Ministries. Muzz volunteered at many places throughout her life. She enjoyed cross stitch, music and singing.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter Susan Lanphar and husband Ralph of Suffield, CT. She was preceded in death by a son Ricky Miller and a brother Herman Hoffman.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Friday, April 10 from 6 – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Peace in Christ Lutheran Church, 8798 Adventure Avenue, Walkersville, MD on Saturday, April 11, at 11:00 am.
Interment will be private
