Emily Caroline Mangan

Emily Caroline Mangan, 25, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland. She was the loving wife of Alyssa Phillips.

Born on October 23, 1999, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Ryan Mangan and Kerry (Graham) Mangan of Hagerstown.

Emily graduated from Middletown High School in 2017. 

She has worked many departments at 4d fun center over the last 4 years. Her favorite part was being on the tech team so she could be hands on fixing and maintaining machines. She took every day as a learning opportunity to better herself and her skills. 

She knew how to turn even such a mundane task into something so fun. You knew with just one look that something off the wall was about to be said and change the mood of the whole room. She was unapologetically herself no matter what. 

In addition to her wife and parents, she is survived by her brother Brandon Mangan, Aunt Renee Graham, and more. 

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, Maryland, with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick
