Mr. Elvin R. Wolfe, Jr. “Peewee”, 63 of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at John’s Hopkins. He was the husband of the late Barbara Ann Wolfe who passed away in 2009.
Born on July 19, 1950 in Frederick, MD he was the son of the late Elvin R. Wolfe, Sr. and Lorraine Lewis Wolfe.
Elvin was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by two children, Cheryl Smith and significant other David Gleckler, Elvin R. Wolfe III and wife Jen, three step daughters, April Loveless and husband Greg, Robin Green and husband Reggie and Shelly Smith, grandchildren, Ashley, Sierra, Mehkare, Canaan, Eric, David, Tiffany, Billy, Tosha, Mickey, 8 great grandchildren, one brother, Rick Wolfe, three sisters, Mary Ellen Wolfe, Kathy King and Debbie Korrell and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, August 29 th from 7:00-9:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30 th at 11:00AM at the Harmony Church of the Brethren, 3924 Brethren Church Road, Myersville with Pastor John Schuch officiating.
Interment will be in Harmony Church of the Brethren Church Cemetery.
