Elsie Mae Miller

Elsie Mae Harris-Miller, 61, departed this earth into the arms of our Lord on April, 10, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Agnes Snowden- Harris and the late Daniel Harris Sr. both of Frederick, Maryland. She was also a loving wife of 43 years to Larry Herman Miller of Frederick. 

Elsie was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother. She spent most of her life dedicated to her husband, raising her family and babysitting. She leaves behind to honor her memory 7 children; Shawn Lafond Miller, Tarnell Derome Miller (Danielle), Lashawnta Louise Miller-Bowie (Treyvon), Lakeisha Ladonica Miller (fiancé Jeremy), Keiara Virginia Miller ( fiancé James), Larry Herman Bowens (Jonie), and Dwight Eric Bowens (Carmen).  She was a sibling to 11 sisters and brothers; Linda Snowden (deceased), Rosa Snowden (Eugene), Daniel Harris Jr. (deceased), Louise Harris (deceased) Gail Hebron (Melvin), David Harris, Jerry Harris, Isabel Smith, Kevin Harris, James Harris (Leda), Jeffrey Harris. 

She was grandmother to 26 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson to carry on her legacy. 

She leaves behind a loving mother in law Elsie V. Miller and brother in laws Charles L. Jackson (Patti), Anthony Miller (deceased) and Dwyane Miller. Many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Professional services by Stauffer Funeral Home 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick Maryland. Visitation and services will be held at the funeral home. Visitation will be at 9:00am on Saturday April 15, 2023, services will be following the visitation at 10:00am.

Interment will follow the service at Sunnyside New Life Community Church 4521 Mountville Rd, Frederick Maryland.
