Mr. Elmer N. Delphey, Jr. 79 of Frederick, died Saturday, February 13th, 2010 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born November 16, 1930 in Union Bridge, MD he was the son of the late Elmer N. Delphey, Sr. and Helen L. Delphey.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and he especially loved Dale Earnhardt.
He is survived by his six children, Jeannie Harris, Dolly Gunneaux, Joyce Shaff, Nick Delphey, Richard Delphey and Mike Delphey, a sister, Dorothy Strine, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Services: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, February 19th from 2:00-3:00 PM where a memorial service will begin in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 PM with Rev. Lloyd Fuss officiating.
