Elmer Jarvis

Mr. Elmer Lee Jarvis, 83, of Monrovia, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at his home. He was the husband of Linda Jarvis, his wife of 60 years.

Born on November 27, 1936 in Hamilton, VA, he was the son of Elmer and Marie Jarvis. He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War and retired from Barrons Lumber.

Also, he was an avid Green Bay Packers and Washington Nationals fan.

Surviving in addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Erin (Lisa), Eric, EJ (Dina), Evan and daughter, Lydia Walter (Mike), grandchildren, Mindy, AJ (Angela), Adam & great granddaughter,

Alexis and great great granddaughter, Kayora. And many more grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by 9 brothers & sisters.

He was predeceased by not only his parents but, his daughters, Lea & Sherri; granddaughter, Amanda and brother, Larry.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 15, 2020 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd. Mount Airy, MD 21771.
