Ella Mae Havens

Miss Ella Mae Havens, 68, of Frederick, MD, died on Monday, June 16, 2008 at Montgomery General Hospital.
Born on August 17, 1939 in Rural Retreat, VA, she was the daughter of the late Ellis M. and Josie B. Havens.
Ms. Havens was a member of the former Laytonsville Baptist Church, and she retired from Montgomery County Public Schools after 26 years of service. She loved to bake cakes, crochet and attend bonanza bingo.
Surviving is a sister Emma V. Burns, and a number of aunts, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother John Havens, one nephew Mark Havens and one niece Janet Jenkins.
Visitation: Friends may call on Friday June 20, 2008 from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Services: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick 11:00am. Pastor Dennis Newsome will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
