Elizabeth V. "Betty" Myers, 71, of Harpers Ferry, died Sunday April 1, 2018 at Jefferson Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Martin Myers for 41 years.
Born October 5, 1946 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Margaret (Ching) Moreland.
Betty worked as a beautician for many years while raising her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and she will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by five sons, Tom Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, Richard Sullivan, Martin Myers, and Christopher Myers; eight grandchildren; a sister, Linda Wells; and a brother, Edward Moreland.
A memorial service will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Maple Ave., Brunswick, MD, with Rev. Tim May officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Interment will be private.
