Elizabeth Markowitz

Mrs. Elizabeth Mildred Markowitz, 84, of Frederick, Maryland passed peacefully on February 21, 2017. She was the wife of John Joseph Markowitz.
Born on February 26, 1932 in Chester, PA , she was the daughter of the late Bruce Leonal Foreacre and Mary Copper Foreacre Parsons.
Lifelong residents of Woodlyn, PA, they moved to Frederick in 2005. Mrs. Markowitz enjoyed baking, flower gardening and holidays with her family. She adored her husband of 64 years and found joy in spending time with many friends, family and pets.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, John Paul Markowitz of Cantonment, FL; daughter, Mary Ann O'Donnell of Mesa, AZ.; grandchildren, Emily Balogh, Jared Balogh, Jake O'Donnell, and Lee Markowitz; and siblings, Chester C. Foreacre and Bruce Foreacre.
She was predeceased by siblings, Mary Marsch, Dorothy Rzaca, George Foreacre, William Foreacre, and Georgia Parsons Goslee.
Private services were held for the family in Aston, PA.
