Elizabeth Forrester
March 12, 1936 — August 20, 2015
Elizabeth Zoe Fulks Forrester, 79, of Mt. Airy, MD, died Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the loving wife, of 61 years, to Ralph B. Forrester.
Born March 12, 1936 in Hutchinson, KS, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Eileen Graham Fulks Walters and William Elton Fulks.
Zoe was a graduate of Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, MD. She was a homemaker who had volunteered at the Frederick Memorial Hospital gift shop. Zoe and Ralph loved to travel together in their motor home and was proud of having been to all states but Hawaii. She was past president of the Mid-Atlantic unit of the Airstream travel club.
In addition to her husband, Ralph, Zoe is survived by her children, Denise Vernon (Mark) of Batavia, OH, Brad Forrester (Micki) of Denton, TX, and Kent Forrester (Brian Jarvis and Michael Krupar) of Silver Spring, MD; and sisters, Kathy Jonas (Dan) of Gastonia, NC and Lael Jordan (Carlton) of Haw River, NC. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Janet Reinoehl of North Port, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Fulks.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
