Elizabeth Anders

Miss Elizabeth "Idella" Anders 83 of Catoctin Furnace went to be with the
Lord on Sunday, May 27th, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was
the last of her immediate family.
Born January 19th, 1929 at Catoctin Furnace, she was the daughter of the late
William Baker and Sarah Isabell Sweeney Anders.
She was a lifelong member of Harriet Chapel Episcopal Parish, Catoctin
Furnace. She was a member of the Episcopal Church Women and also a
member of the Citizen's Auxiliary in Frederick, MD.
She was employed by Moore Business Forms for 26 years.
She is survived by her nephew Leon Anders and wife Sandy, Lori Anders
Eyler and husband Mark and children Mandy, Stephanie, Matthew, and
Amy, Michael Anders and wife Lisa and daughter Megan. She is also
survived by Kathy Hoke Wastler and husband Steve and daughter Destiny,
Beverly Hoke, Virginia Dayhoff, Hilda Eyler and many more nieces and
nephews. She is remembered by special friends Danny Harmon, Tillie
Dishong, Pat Plum, and Pastor Sally Joyner Giffin.
She was preceded by brothers and sisters: William Anders, Charles Anders,
Norman Anders, Elmer Anders, Ola Miller, Marie Little, and Margaret
Hoke.
A memorial service will be held 11 :OOam on Friday, June 1 st at Harriet
Chapel Episcopal Parish, 12625 Catoctin Furnace Road, Thurmont. In lieu
of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harriet Chapel Episcopal
Parish.
