Eldon Keller

Eldon Bowman Keller, 79 of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born November 21, 1940 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Irvin L. Keller and Charlotte (Bowman) Keller. Eldon attended Middletown Schools. He was employed with Everett Moser and Chemical Lehman Tank Lines in Hagerstown, MD. He was a lifetime member of the Boonsboro Fire Department and a member of the American Legion Post 10 in Boonsboro, MD. He was also a member of the Williamsport Redman Club and the Big Oak Lodge of Middletown, MD.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carolyn S. (Mose) Keller and two daughters, Gail Canfield and fiancé Scott Lanham of Shepherdstown, WV and Kristi Miller and husband Jeff of Painter, VA; brother, Jay Keller and wife Shirley; brother, Mark Keller and wife Pattie; sister, April Stang and husband Jim; four grandchildren, Ronnelle Miller and fiancé Bobby of Hagerstown, Cory Miller and fiancé Kristina of Boonsboro, MD, Jeffery Miller Jr. and wife Kayla of Hagerstown, MD and Nathan Miller of Pensacola, FL; four great grandsons, Michael, Carter, Julian, Eli; five great granddaughters, Makenzie, Taylor, Kailynne, Skylynne and Rebel.
The family will receive friends from 3-6pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the funeral home. Friends will also be received one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in Boonsboro Cemetery.
